set to perform Sunday

A holiday show featuring Tinkerbell and her fairy friends begins at 6 p.m. Sunday at the Dance Hawaii Ballroom Dance Club in Kailua-Kona. Kokua Kailua, concert scheduled for Sunday

Historic Kailua Village’s Kokua Kailua is set from 1 to 6 p.m. Sunday along Alii Drive, which will be a pedestrian-only walkway for the event. Celebrating “Kailua Kalikimaka,” the Kailua Village Business Improvement District will present a free concert by Kuana Torres Kahele, joined by kumu hula Etua Lopes and his Halau Hula Na Pua Ui O Hawaii at 5 p.m. at Emma’s Square.

The next Kokua Kailua is scheduled Jan. 13. Kokua Kailua Village Stroll is sponsored by the Kailua Village Business Improvement District, Destination Kona Coast, Kailua Village Merchants Association, Hulihee Palace, West Hawaii Today and Pacific Radio Group.
